Christmas Trees in Northwest New Jersey
Colorado blue spruce, Norway spruce, Douglas fir, White pine, Scotch pine and the perennial favorite, balsam fir are all available in Northwest New Jersey. Although most farms offer the ideal living room size trees, there are several specialty growers that sell trees in the 40 foot range.
Cutting your own Christmas tree can be a day-long event. Many farms offer hot cider, visits from Santa Claus and handmade Christmas ornaments and decorations. You should call ahead for specific directions and times of operation. Remember, some farms may sell out their stock early.
